SnipeReply ("we", "us") provides social media discovery, qualification, and reply workflow software. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, and workspace details.
• Usage data including feature activity, logs, and device/browser metadata.
• Content you submit, including keyword groups, approval decisions, and reply drafts.
• Billing information processed by our payment provider when you subscribe.

How we use data

• Operate the product, including AI qualification and reply generation.
• Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls.
• Provide support, security monitoring, and service improvements.
• Send product and billing communications you request or consent to.

Third-party services

We use subprocessors to deliver the service, including cloud hosting, AI inference providers, email delivery, payment processing, and social posting via the Late API. Platform OAuth credentials for posting are managed by Late; SnipeReply does not store platform OAuth tokens directly.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational requirements. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
