Agreement

By creating an account or using SnipeReply, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

SnipeReply helps teams discover public social posts, qualify them with AI, draft replies for human review, and post approved replies through connected avatar accounts. Features and platform availability may change as we ship updates.

Acceptable use

• Follow each social platform's terms and applicable laws.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or deceptive outreach.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or billing limits.
• You are responsible for content posted from your workspace avatars.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless canceled. Free trials convert to paid plans when you add billing details or at the end of the trial period if you choose a paid plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content

AI outputs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving replies before they are posted. We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or performance of generated content.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipeReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
